Kitchen equipment needs upgrading General maintenance needed

The property was right to the beach and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and I had a great time there. It does feel like a second home.

The unit is spacious, well equipped and the pool is amazing. The property is well looked after.

There was basically no support from the staff. They offered rental cars at a certain price and when we booked 48 hours prior to our stay - as they had stated in a mail - the price and conditions suddenly changed. You cannot offer people products and prices on a brochure and then change it. Also slow to respond to correspondence. Was no one to receive us at the property, despite us notifying them of our arrival time. Finally got hold of a telephone number and was told the key was left in the unit. How that would work I do not know as we were never informed of what the unit number was prior to getting hold of the gent. When notifying the manager the Saturday morning that there were issues with television, also took long to respond and then told it would be dealt with only on the Monday.
