Lovely (new) apartment near beach

Location perfect. There was some neccessary stuff in the apartment upon arival like water, juice, tea, coffee,biscuits, just to name a few. The owner let us stay for one additional night without charging us.

The streets light goes straight in the bedroom at night hence making the bedroom bright. The apartment didn't have a balcony.

Nice small apartments in the condominium "373 Wolmar ". All that you need was available to use including a full-furnished kitchen. A/C was available in all rooms. Easy communication with the host via WhatsApp. The location is good and you can access the very nice south part of Flic-En-Flac beach in less than 5 minutes of walking. A very small supermarket Wolmar was also in the same distance. The parking has a reserved spot in the condominium but it was not easy to park there, however in front of the gate there were a few "guests" parking lots that we use and they were very good. Very nice public infinite pool on the rooftop with a great view and a huge terrace with benches. However, because of the dozen condominium rules, you cannot really enjoy it (e.g., sitting with a glass of wine at sunset is not allowed). There were some mosquitos but the host provided fumigators.

No cleaning service. The dusche requires maintenance and cleaning. There is not a single hook on walls in apartments, that might be useful to put stuff on (especially in the hallway). I would strongly advise owners to buy clean and white bed sheets (like in hotels), this will improve the cleanness experience for your guests.

Convenient location, near the beach. the apartment is tidy, has everything you might need for a longer stay. Rooftop pool with stunning mountain views.
