stay away from this nightmare. dirty as a pigsty. i asked the property to come and clean he never responded. there were cockroaches and I had to buy poison. crockery glass shower floors that you don't even see in an abandoned house. in the photos you see the cleaning of windows, floors, shower and dishes, cockroaches, what they call a rusty barbecue, table and chairs on the balcony with pigeon droppings. the apartment is in the center but at the weekend you can't sleep due to the noise. never again in my life
