Top-Floor Modern 3BD Penthouse with Beautiful Mountain View Terrace - 5 min Walk to Beach

Very nice apartment overall, the view is beautiful, which is the selling point of this property! The rooms have space, and living room is spacious! Well decorated, nice lighting, good amenities! Everything turns ugly when the house in the front and sides start making parties, which is mentioned in other comments, not letting us sleep and rest. Party was everyday from 19h to 4am.

the windows in living-room and some rooms are not installed properly. They do not have any rubbers to seal the noise from outside, they are just a piece of metal and glass without any attention to detail. This lets all the noise from parties and cars sprinting the road all in the house. - there was such an annoying noise of some electricity generator/water pump above the house, constantly making vibrations every 2 minutes. - ants, but it is understandable, there was spray to kill them :)

Thank you Lukas, Rakhee and her husband for their hospitality. Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our holiday on the Island. The balcony and the view to the mountains is amazing. To see the sunrise early in the morning...wow.

Only good to know.On weekends in the direct neighborhood were Parties the whole weekends. Loud music and firework.If you want a silent stay this will not the right Arena from flic en flac. We slept with earplugs, than it was fine for us.

Spacious apartment with good mountain view Room well clean

1. I booked the apartment on 20th november for 6 person for the amount of Rs 7482 for 8th 9th and 10th december and received a mail of confirmation for only 2 person. 3 hours before check in on the 8th december , the maid called me to tell me that the landlord is not in mauritius as there is 6 persons coming we are obliged a fee of Rs 4000 surplus suposely that there was a miscommunication that there will be more person that was expected on the email of confirmation. The maid did call the landlord and the answer was to pay the additional charge to stay without refunding if we need to cancel . Check in was suppose to be at 3pm but the maid called me at 2pm and ask me to check in later as the previous guest did his check out later than he was supposed to do ( we did our check out at 11am on 10th december as expected ). Arriving at the apartment at 4:30pm she did call the landlord and the landlord obliged us to pay the additional charge or leave , we had no choice. 2 Toilet and towel smell very bad 3 balcony had water leakage 4 Hot water was not available 24/7 5 Very difficult to park due to narrow parking with lots of columns 6 Diswasher and cooker hood malfunctioning(risk of electrocution) 7 Paid 6 person but consist of only 4 chair for dinning room 8 Coffee machine not working properly , did had mouldy coffee residue

Really nice appartment! The furniture seems pretty high-end for this kind of appartment! It offers a lot of room and the double-beds are really big. The price to performance ratio is really good! I would stay here again.

You should change the carpet, is quite old! You have to walk 5min (it is actually only 5min or less) to the beach, but I guess for this price its Ok

Excellent location and very comfortable. The apartment is well furnished. The balcony has an amazing view.
