Sunsetview Beach Apartment

Well fitted bathrooms for each room. Parking right outside the building. AC everywhere, good sitting area, big TV with Netflix. Occasional cockroaches, but they said its normal for the hot months. Easy accessible and responding host. Well equipped kitchen but we kept everything in the fridge, including dishes and cutlery. Useful washing machine.

Slipper hunting cockroaches. Quite far from the beach maybe 20 min walk. I would not book again. It looks better in the pictures, but fair price

It's a nice apartment, well located with a beautiful view and a well equipped kitchen.

The shower didn't have hot water even though we switched on the water pump as instructed. Also, the kettle didn't work, which isn't convenient if you want some tea/coffee.

For 1 day there was an issue with the water pressure not being strong, but this was fixed very quickly and the owner handled the situation smoothly. All other days the water had perfect, very strong pressure.

Decent sized apartment for a family. Very clean and well maintained. Close to supermarket and beach with lots of eating options. Kitchen was well stocked and fully functional for cooking. The host was very prompt to communicate and help for any requirements.

Nothing significant but had to open 4 locks to enter the apartment every-time. Also, we faced a one off issue related to water supply which was resolved by the host in some hours. Please note that no toiletries are provided.

The host was very friendly and ready to help at any type. Very well-equiped place as well. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!

Good location, parking always available. Overall clean and well equipped. Very good price given the size of the apartment. The AC is going quite strong so I recommend using the one in the living room with bedroom doors open. We noticed that the owner has made improvements in the apartment based on past opinions, such as replacing the shower head.

Entering the apartment requires going through multiple doors and locks. The fact that it is a building where other families live makes you feel a bit unwelcome - however note that we had no incidents with neighbours, it’s just the atmosphere. That’s simply because nobody likes to live next to a short term rental apartment. Sometimes the smell in the bathroom drain is weird but it’s probably a city sewer system problem. We misunderstood the instruction and lived with low water pressure until we found out how to open in correctly - there was just too many switches in all the rooms - could be marked better.
