Great family-friendly Appartment flic en flac MRU

Beautiful apartment 15 mins walk to the main beach, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was very clean.The property is exactly as the pictures shown.AC in every room worked very well.The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances,cookware and flatware.Additionaly,the unit has good Wi-Fi and having a smart TV added an extra layer of convenience.I highly recommend this apartment.

The absence of an elevator might pose a challenge for some guests, especially the elderly or families with kids.

Lovely place!! Very spacious, nice location in Flic en Flac. Pool was a bonus, and the roof terrace was great. Washing machine was useful! Air-cons in all rooms.

Kitchen can use a few more utensils, otherwise an absolute amazing stay!

Good value for money. Apartment had all accommodations described in the advertisement. Friendly and helpful security. Clean. AC worked good.

WiFi was bad, it disconnected often. The location is a bit far from city center.

It was spacious

The description on booking.com the owner never mentioned that there was no elevator and it is three stories up. When we arrived the jacuzzi was not working and it was in a terrible state. We had three bath towels for three adults and all the towels and bed linen was badly smelling to mould as the cleaning team put them wet in the cupboards.There was also no top bed linen so we had to sleep with a cover blanket and no change for bed linen was available. None of the bedrooms had total block out curtains so every morning we were awake at 06.30 cause of all the light coming in to the bedrooms. We had to clean the whole kitchen as appliances like washing machine was slimy dirty. Kitchen utensils and cutlery was sticky and dirty so the first three days of our holiday we did nothing else than cleaning. Upon arrival 3 out of the 4 A/C’s were not working, there was a light missing in the bathroom and a blind was broken. During the first week of our holidays we just had to wait on the owner’s staff to come and do repairs. The outside furniture has not been maintained for years and there was not a single cushion available for that furniture. There were not even sun loungers on the top terrace so we had to use cushions from the sofa and put a beach towel on there. Beach towels that we had to buy ourselves cause also none available. The mould in the bathrooms cupboards and on the walls was bad and gave of a very awkward smell. Not healthy at all if you suffering from lung problems. The owner did do changes but for that high price these things should have been in order upon our arrival and not during our stay. We have multiple videos and pictures of the despicable state of some of the parts of that apartment. The owners should hang their head in shame.

Location was excellent for exploring the island. There was plenty of space for 5 persons and it is a penthouse with additional porch. A security guard makes you feel very safe although we felt safe on the whole island also. Neighborhood was really peaceful and people were really decent in the building too. A pool was great amusement at the end of the day. I truly recommend staying in this lovely, safe and peaceful place.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. Extremely spacious for a family of 4. If I visit Mauritius again,.we will rebook this apartment.
