L' appartamento ha una bella vista sul mare, MA per raggiungerlo si attraversa una strada molto trafficata e con le finestre aperte entra tanto rumore, MA ancora peggio TANTO SMOG, poiché davanti casa ci sono le fermate dei BUS in ambo i sensi di marcia. Bus anni '70 molto, molto vecchi che vanno ancora a gasolio !! Ci si intossica !! Inoltre il ristorante vicino a casa fa tanto odore quando cucina, questi odori entrano in casa ! Cosa molto grave il condominio dove c'è l'appartamento ha problemi di rifornimento di acqua potabile. L'ACQUA arriva spesso con la cisterna. Noi siamo rimasti 2 sere/notti senza acqua. Il problema maggiore è stato che non avevamo in casa né un secchio, né una bacinella per pulire il WC ! L'HOST che si è scusato tanto, però è stato poco collaborativo, in una settimana non ci ha procurato nessun recipiente capiente. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato un secchio alla piscina e lo abbiamo preso !! L'HOST ci mandava link dove si vedeva che tutta FLIC EN FLAC aveva problemi di acqua e si scusava a nome del Governo !!!. Poi solo il penultimo giorno ci ha proposto un cambio di casa con un appartamento molto lussuoso ad 1km dal mare che ovviamente abbiamo rinunciato !! L'HOST gestisce l'appartamento come secondo lavoro e mette in primo piano il SUOlavoro !! Ti senti abbandonato !! Tutta l'appartamento ha bisogno di essere manutenzionato, ma soprattutto igenizzato. I cuscini sono molto sporchi i, puzzano di sudore. Tutto è davvero sporco !! L'HOST è informato , gli ho fatto un elenco dettagliato di tutto quello che non funziona. Spero rimedi !

Salem au top très réactif et nous a bien aider

Le gros problème, c'est la route devant entre l'immeuble et la plage. Le week-end c'est extrêmement bruyant, voitures à toute vitesse, sono à fond, jusque tard dans la nuit. Heureusement qu'il y a une chambre de l'autre côté qui donne sur la cour, nous y avons migré après une très mauvaise nuit. La pièce principale avec cuisine et salon est très sombre, même en pleine journée la lumière est nécessaire. Les matelas sont trop durs, on a l'impression de dormir sur une planche et il serait bon de mettre de vrais oreillers car ceux présents étaient très durs, plutôt des coussins pour chaises ou fauteuils.

Conveniently located across the street from the beach, the gated community features a swimming pool, parking, and access via an electronic key (for parking) and a digital code (for the gate). Numerous restaurants are a fifteen-minute walk away, and a supermarket is a ten-minute walk away. A bus stop is right outside the building. The apartment is spacious, with a balcony and kitchen. Хорошее месторасположение - через улицу от пляжа. Закрытая охраняемая территорию с бассейном, парковкой и доступом в виде электронного ключа (для парковки) и цифрового кода (для калитки). В пятнадцати минутах ходьбы - многочисленные рестораны, в десяти минутах ходьбы - супермаркет. Автобусная остановка прямо возле дома. Апартаменты просторные, с балконом, кухней.

Upon check-in, there was no soap or other cleaning supplies, and the liquid soap dispenser was empty. There was only one roll of toilet paper, with no spare, which was insufficient for an eight-day stay for a family of three. There was only one trash bag per week; when we asked a member of staff to bring more, she promised to do so the next morning and, of course, never showed up. On the second day, the water heater stopped working; it turned out the battery had died. The refrigerator was old, unregulated, and turned all drinks into ice. The Wi-Fi went out twice due to technical issues. However, these inconveniences were offset by the low price, spacious rooms, and convenient location. Только один рулон туалетной бемаги, без запасного, что мало для 8-дневного пребывания семьи из трех человек. Один пакет для мусора на неделю, когда попросили девушку из персонала принести еще пакеты, она пообещала сделать это наутро и, конечно, больше не появилась. На второй день перестал работать подогрев воды, оказывается, села батарейка. Холодильник старый, не регулировался и превращал все напитки в лед. Дважды пропадал вай-фай по причинам технического характера. Впрочем, неудобства компенсировались низкой ценой на проживание, просторными помещениями и удобным расположением.

The location is the big draw here. The view is amazing, and just across the road a great beach for swimming with shaded areas. The room was spatious and comfortable. It was a 2 bedroom unit so we had more than enough space for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked, although some simple things like a spatula or some form of untensil for cooking eggs etc was absent. There were 3 AC units, one in each bedroom and one in the main living space. There were enough outlets for chanrging including some adapters. Great secure parking in a locked, covered area. Lots of storage for clothes etc and a nice bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. We were walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the main beach. The balcony was a nice space with enough chairs, a table, and a clothes drying rack.

The main negaitve is that the host is not close by and works another full time job. So, response time is not great if there are issues. We had an issue with the AC unit freezing up and leaking water onto the floor. Now on the positive, the matter was resolved once he arrived with a technician the next day. We did not use the pool as it appeared to need a cleaning.

The owner of this place accused us of breaking a chair and a coffee table. As the cleaner was there when we arrived to put our bags in, she would have noticed the broken furniture. We were told that we owed 250 euros and haven’t heard back in spite of the fact that we sent the photos of the broken furnitiure that we took just after arriving. We took these photos in case we were accused .

We could check in at 10am and check out at 6pm - this was surprisingly kind and definitely unique privilege.
