Cozy and spacious apartment by Tulum 10

Apartamento com dois quartos e dois banheiros (sendo uma suite), ar condicionado em todos os ambientes, com garagem, boa localização.

Poucos utensílios na cozinha (não tinha assadeira, pano de prato), o forno não acendia automaticamente e não tinha fósforo. Sem local para estender roupa (deveria ter um varal, uma vez que fica numa cidade de praia e cenotes) e sem ganchos no banheiro para toalha. Toalhas em péssimo estado. Ficamos 2 dias sem água quente

Good location and well equiped apartment. And rooftop pool was good too.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the hot/running water through the whole stay and the host didn't bother to sort it out. We couldn't flash the toilet for an half of the day and we weren't able to take a proper shower within 3 days!!!! The water was either too cold or boiling or with no pressure at all. There was cockroach in the kitchen too. Very disappointed over all.

Eine praktische Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf der Durchreise, mehr nicht. Wir haben nicht viel erwartet, es die Übernachtung war überaus günstig.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen lauten Straße, auch im Haus ist es nicht sehr ruhig gewesen. Die Wohnung erschien uns auch nicht sonderlich sauber, aber es war noch ok.

Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé et à proximité des restaurants et des bars. Hôte très réactive lors de problèmes techniques (fuite d’eau). Elle a su les régler très rapidement. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

The communication and follow-up from the host was excellent. The guestbook was helpful with taxi and restaurant recommendations. The garage was nice.

Great new apartment with nice rooftop pool. We had an apartment on the top floor, so lots of stairs from the garage. The garage was a perfect extra. 2 large bedrooms both with a bathroom and good beds. Nice balcony to watch the town pass by. Location is nice, just at the end of the mainstreet of Tulum but walkable to have dinner or drinks in the center of town.
