Breakfast was not included. The location was perfect for me. 800m from the beach, 3blocks from big supermarket and 2 excellent Italian bakeries, 15 minutes to pickup point for trips to Chechen Itza, 30 minutes from ADO(bus station where you can take express bus to the airport).

I sent messages when I booked the studio 3 weeks in advance to drop off my luggage, never got any response. When I arrived to the door on 15th of January at 13.15, the door was locked. After 5 minutes of banging, shouting and leaving the message at the given telephone no. I was let in by the woman who was in charge of cleaning staff. She let me to leave my luggage at room 17. When I returned after 3p.m. I had again to bang at the door after 10 minutes somebody was leaving so I could enter. I found the cleaning lady and asked her to let me in my room but she did not speak English and showed me that she did not know. I went to the room 17 while trying to find somewhere else in charge. I again called and left message. When I went back to the cleaning lady to open the room17 she opened, gave me keys and showed to stay there. The instructions about door code and keys I received that day only after 17.20, whereas I indicated at booking that I would be arriving at 11a.m. It happened that this studio did not have window, only glass door opening in the vestibule. So I had to use the conditioner but the studio is small and the air conditioner is very close to the bed and there was only the thin sheet for cover I got myositis for the shoulder that night. I put on myself pants, wool sweater and wolf socks ( I came from winter) but I was still freezing. I had to switch air conditioner on and off all the night not to freeze. The next day I got an old blanket with stains , which was replaced on day 6th with newer one, but both of them were not warm. After three days when nobody came to clean my apartment or collect the garbage and I saw small ants and killed cockroach I requested cleaning and garbage collection, but it did not happen although I talked to the manager and other staff until my last day staying (7th day). Somebody put two garbage bags next to my apartment on day 5 and they were for 2 days although I complained sending messages.

Damp, old worn out supplies, no blanket on bed only a sheet so I was a bit cold.
