Había DEMASIADOS mosquitos nose podía dormir, de la regadera caía poquita agua y el inodoro no evacuaba bien

La ubicación, la practicidad para recoger las llaves.

Hay muchos zancudos. Las sábanas y toallas totalmente desgastadas. Para una estancia de 3 días deberían dejar al menos 2 toallas por persona. Sé que el pago es poco, pero son cosas básicas en un alojamiento de esta y otras categorías.

Ce n’était pas l’établissement que nous avions choisi. Nous avons été déplacés vers le centre en raison d’un problème. Nous l’avons appris la veille. Il nous est impossible d’évaluer l’endroit que nous avions choisi puisque nous ne l’avons pas vu.

Location is really nice because your out of the tourist area but close enough to go there if you can handle it! The pool courtyard is simply sweet with the beautiful almond tree all lite up at night.After dinner walks end with watching a great soccer game with the locals just around the corner. Great breakfast and coffee at petite (at the corner to the right. )

Didn’t like is harsh! Let’s just say suggestions….some colour or wall art in the rooms, new brooms and better cleaning cloths for the maintenance crew who were good but lacked a solid broom Remove the soaker tub as it’s not working and plug is removed which is fine but climbing into a shower over the wide edge could be a hazard to anyone elderly or install a grip handle for support on the wall. Offer towel and sheet change after 4 days …afternoon sleeps and lots of showers in this environment you’ll need and want.

Not too far from the popular popular 38th St.

The photos are doing a lot of ‘heavy lifting’ as the room we were provided (12) was BAD. - The sheets were transparent, had holes and some unknown stains. - A lot of the metal items had some form of rust. - The shower looked okay but would not stop dripping. - Ceiling fan seemed like it was going to fly off the mounts of turned too high. - found 1/2 a dead cockroach behind the bed - box spring was filthy and looked like there was some bed bug activity. We stayed 20 minutes and promptly left to find better accommodations. Did not reach out to management; I would not trust them to make things better if that room is any example of what they are okay giving to paying customers.

They were easy to get in touch with if you have WhatsApp and the woman that met me to let me in was nice.

Everything else! The room was filthy! I walked around on the floor barefoot for 2 min and my feet were black and it was sticky. The fan didn't work, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the pool was more like a dirty pond and I would never swim in it. The sheets and towels were old and stained. I asked for new pillow covers but they were stained too. I asked to cancle my stay as I wasn't comfortable and they would only give me money back for 2 out of 3 days (I payed in cash) even though they agreed to cancle without a fee on Booking.com. I would stay far away from them! I am used to hostels, dorms and not a fussy person but this was gross. I walked around the area and found multiple much better places to stay for a similar price close by. Also there's no reception as this is an Airbnb so if you don't have internet, there's no way to get in touch with them. I arrived an hour early and had to go into the hotel next door and ask to use their wifi.
