I spoke with the property manager/host, and have several conversation receipts. To say the least, the property manager/host lied to Booking.com regarding modifying dates. They advised I could modify dates, and then come to following up with them, they chose to deny it after all. I was advised that I was responsible for having to ensure the owner/Booking.com responds to me. What I’m being told is it’s my responsibility to ensure they’re doing their job to respond to me. I have several conversation receipts showing me even following up with emails, and no response. I’m being given the run around and told I’m basically at a complete loss. Customers beware.

The apartment is gorgeous. The wrap around windows are truly amazing, and the sliding doors plus the fan meant we almost never needed the air conditioning. The place is well decorated and a great location for all we wanted to visit. Hosts were really responsive and kind. The rooftop is also amazing!

The suite was exactly as shown, very spacious and very clean. It was well equiped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellant with lots of restaraunts close by and the neighborhood seemed very safe. Will definitely be back. The host was very helpful and responded to our questions immediately. 5 stars from us.

Parking ramp is steep but parking was convenient.
