Location is great as well the roof top swimming pool. The apartment itself is nice, stylish and modern.

Unfortunately, there turned out to be more disadvantages for us then advantages. First of all, the check in process is very inconvenient — you are sent all necessary instructions in 30 minutes before the check in, so you must think of getting wi fi somewhere or use mobile data which isn’t the best option in roaming. The main problem is that the apartment is located on a dead spot where it’s impossible to use any mobile data, there is always no service and you just can’t open the link with the instructions you were sent. Also the last review was true about the incorrect address, so if you don’t ask about this in advance, you may arrive at another place. Secondly, the host doesn’t answer promptly neither via Booking, nor via Whatsapp, so we had to wait for reply for some time although our request was urgent and we needed to know the name of the network and password for wi fi. It could be avoided if the instructions were sent not via link but as usual text with all important details. Thirdly, wi fi in the apartment was awful and impossible to use, it always disappeared and was very weak. The worst wi fi we saw in Playa del Carmen. We also asked to prepare two beds for us (the bed and the sofa) but only one bed was prepared, we had to do bedding for the sofa by ourselves. Last but not the least — it’s very noisy at nights, every party can be heard like it’s on your balcony even with the windows closed, so it was very difficult to sleep.

The apartment itself is cute. The location, close to 5th Avenue, is terrific. The two rooftop pools are fantastic.

The address given on Booking.com is incorrect, leading to us taking an expensive cab ride across town (and back) again. Check-in details were not sent until 30 minutes before check-in, which could have avoided the above issue had they come sooner. The Wifi in the apartment is borderline non-functional: slow, drops out randomly, and does not reach the bedroom. This wouldn’t be so bad if the apartment wasn’t in a 5G dead spot. You can’t even receive texts/calls. Lastly, and most glaringly, the hotel in which the apartment is located held five events on the rooftop in seven days, four of which had loud music blasting until 1am. With the stairwell open to the rooftop, the bassy music, the loud crowd, and the DJ are funnelled right down to your front door. It’s impossible to sleep or watch TV while this is going on. All told, it’s a cute apartment in a great location, but the internet, the noise, and the incorrect address left a sour taste in our mouths.

not the cleanest when we first arrived. a bit more cleaning would have been perfect. there is also no signal whatsoever in the apartment, and as the wifi isn’t perfect it makes it hard to have any sort of call for long periods of time (15+ min) and bad for video calls in general.
