Excelente ubicación, buena zona en cuestión de seguridad, cerca del CAS si van a trámite de Visa, guarda equipaje.

Al personal de recepción le hace falta un poquito de amabilidad, no digo que sean groseros, Pero la cordialidad siempre deja buena impresión para volver a reservar un lugar.

El lugar es acogedor y tiene una buena ubicación.

la experiencia se vio afectada por la atención recibida en el turno nocturno. La persona que nos recibió fue hostil y grosera, con una pésima actitud. Además, al momento de realizar el pago del hospedaje, al intentar pagar con contactless, nos indicó que esa forma de pago incrementaba el precio en $400 porque "así estaba su terminal", lo cual resulta incongruente y poco profesional.

The location

The receptionist had a bad attitude from check-in, then at night when she opened the door she showed rudeness to let us in. In general, I think the staff was the one who ruined the place
