"Great location however issues with running water"

The property was a stunning location and very convenient for diving. We had our boat pick us up right in front. AC worked well.

We had issues with the running water at our apartment consistently for the 1st three days. Whenever we return home from the dive, the water was completely out (ex both sinks, shower, bathroom, hose). There was no place in walking distance to rinse off or use the bathroom in the interim. When requesting for partial refund, the owner refused.
