Gallo Azul Hotel, en el corazón de Todos Santos

Jolie cour avec piscine. L'hôtel a une belle décoration extérieure. Bon emplacement, calme. Le lit était grand et confortable. Il y a des serviettes pour la piscine et tout le côté pratique est là.

Le personnel était peu accueillant à l'arrivée. Pendant notre court séjour, personne ne nous a jamais demandé si tout se passait bien ou si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Sauf en message automatique sur booking. C'est important car c'est qui peu faire oublier les autres petits défauts. La chambre était très humide et pas très chaleureuse. Il faudrait ajouter quelques éléments de décoration pour donner plus de charme.

Nice pool area and located downtown so easy to walk around to shops and restaurants

The customer service was very poor. I booked a loft apartment which specifically said garden view in the room description. We were given a room with a city view and the room entrance was on the outside of the hotel, on the sidewalk. The room also felt like a dark hole. I asked to be moved to the room we booked and was told the hotel was full. We were eventually moved to a less expensive room with a garden view. Repeated attempts to contact the owner for a refund for the price difference in the rooms were ignored.

It seems newer. Everything in the room is built on concrete and modern. The bed was very comfortable.

The hot water was only enough for one short shower.

Emplacement assez tranquille et sécuritaire, malgré la proximité du centre et du restaurant. Chambre assez spacieuse, matelas confortable. Bon café fourni. Situé à deux pas du terminal de bus. Nous étions dans la 8. Meilleurs tacos en ville: FISH TACOS SANTO CHILOTE, meilleur café-patisserie: TALLER 17, AGRICOLE est bon aussi !

La faiblesse du WiFi dans la chambre. Difficulté de connexion, coupures. Nous avons dû sortir au petit matin, pour utiliser le WiFi du restaurant. Nous n'avons pas utiliser la jolie piscine qui avait besoin de nettoyage.
