"Bella struttura ma mal gestita"

La struttura in sé è bella, ha stile e le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate. La piscina per quanto piccola non è male. Danno come welcome kit due voucher per due margarita.

La gestione è pessima. Mi è arrivato un messaggio il giorno del check in dall’host per chiedermi come fosse andata la prima notte e di avvertire quando saremmo andati via (dovevamo ancora fare il check in). Gli ho quindi specificato l’errore e chiesto se potevamo fare il check in prima, mi viene accordato e comunico all’host che in 10 minuti sarei stata alla struttura e che non avevo linea per scrivergli (in tutta la Baja nonostante le eSIM è difficilissimo avere linea telefonica). Dopo 30 minuti di attesa sotto il sole nessuno si è presentato. Motivo? dovevo scrivergli un messaggio o chiamare… inoltre il Wi-Fi all’interno della camera 10 (sul letto) non funziona Bisogna stare sulla porta o sul terrazzo. La signora del ristorante potrebbe anche essere più gentile. Non è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni negative ma essendo anche io host credo che certi comportamenti siano davvero inaccettabili.
