"awesome pools, good location"

the building is amazing, both pools are awesome! very good location with a 10min walk to 5th avenue, 2 supermarkets on the same block and laundry a few blocks away. apartment is good for the most part.

the shower head is terrible and floods the bathroom after every shower. the little table and 2 chairs need to be replaced by a proper one.
