Custo benefício vale muito! Localização muito boa também, a poucos passos do Malecon.

Nao realizam limpeza no quarto durante a estadia. O chuveiro bem precário.

- The location is not far away from the coast. 10 min walk and you are there. - the kitchen availability, the fridge and the free laundry !

- The room is really hot. The air conditioning barely keep the room around 24_25 °C. It is clearly under-dimensioned. But they provide a fan to help out !

Friendly staff

Shared kitchen was not screened or enclosed in any way, made preparing a salad and eating facing death by mosquitos. Although they do have a pool it is not very pleasant and certainly doesn’t warrant the $$ I wasted staying there. I started in one room, probably would have sucked it up and stayed the entire time but was told I had to move to another room, not as nice as the first and much too hot despite setting the AC at lowest temp. I am used to warm temps but this was bad. Also, when I wanted to brew coffee in the AM found stale coffee and coffee grounds. I guess since it is a shared kitchen you have to put up with other people being slobs. Would NOT recommend this place. If you are looking for a budget friendly place choose el estorito, much nicer.

Former residence with shared kitchen. Originally wondered about shared kitchen but found it worked well with everything one could conceivably need. Small premises with four rooms/suites and I pretty well had place to myself. Really liked this location, 2 blocks to trendy neighbourhood with lots of high quality restaurants. Further 2 or 3 blocks to Malecon and Ocean. Wonderfully pleasant to be out of short walk in the evening.

Perfect for me as solo traveler. Great location and great value. Thanks and hope to see u again.

Location was good as its walking distance to everything. Little dark at night though. Room was very clean and modest.

Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Didn’t get the right access code prior to check in but luckily the property manager was there when we arrived and let us in. Didn’t realize you had to reserve parking and that became an issue as it’s quite limited. Other guests also had the same issues and couldn’t get ahold of the manager in the evening and they had the wrong door code too.

Great room, good location and a good price. I didn't meet the hosts but communication was exceptional. It was great to have the use of a washing machine too!

A big factor in booking this was for he airport collection, which I requested at the time of my booking. The day before I flew I was told there would be no collection, which was disappointing. The coffee and drinking water at the property were always empty for the few days that I stayed.
