Zocalo INCREIBLE

El tamaño del apartamento muy bien hasta para 4 personas, y la ubicación enfrente del zócalo, muy práctica. No tiene estacionamiento propio, pero tienen convenio con una pensión muy cerca, y su uso es sencillo.

- La ventana de una de las habitaciones daba a una pequeña terraza interior a la que parece que cualquiera en el edificio tenía acceso. Un grupito de personas llegó a sentarse ahí desde las 9:30pm y estuvieron platicando y riendo hasta que se retiraron poco despues de la 1am, lo cual fue incomodo y no nos permitió descansar sino hasta que se fueron. Pienso que deberían restringir el acceso a la terraza por las noches, o cuando este apartamento está ocupado. - La limpieza también me parece que podría ser mejor. - Problemas de drenaje en la regadera.

The location was excellent. Everything was as advertised. Had a chance to talk with the owner who spoke English, ' My Spanish is horrible' who gave us the history of the hotel and the surrounding area.

Clean and comfortable, and a wonderful location. The bathroom was excellent with a good shower and plenty of hot water. There is no sitting area, but we were out sight seeing all the time so it didn't matter. The owner and staff were very helpful and quick to respond and it was fabulous to be able to leave our bags after check out. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was quite comfy. 2 bedrooms with one bath in the hall. The hardest part was finding the building. It faces the Zocalo and we couldn’t access it. The address given is actually on an adjacent street. It would have helped us to know to go to the Subway restaurant on the zocalo. We struggled unpacking our luggage on the side street. Parking was included in a parking garage one block away. Our host and staff were very accommodating and we had a wonderful visit in Puebla.

Instructions to find the place. Only one set of keys to main entry and the unit. We were 3 people so an additional set of keys would have helped.

Love everything the location is perfect. Restaurant and stores are all on the square. Love it beautiful scenery.

Location! We didn't have to Uber anywhere. Museums, shops, restuarants were all near by to explore all of Puebla. The host was friendly and very responsive. I would come stay here again.

Location, Location, Location. Those are the famous last words in Real Estate. This location is second to none. It is located on the Puebla Zocalo, so it is walking distance to dozens of attrations. Check in was a breeze - even in the middle of the night (thanks to traffic heading in from Mexico City). There was a lock box with keys and a code to get us inside. The Zocalo is beautiful! The history is remarkable. For the two nights we stayed, this place served its purpose.

The apartment has no view of the Zocalo. While that does not bother me, if you are the type to desire waking up and seeing the gorgeous site from your bedroom window, it's not there. With no A/C (clearly documented in the booking process), you rely upon windows. The window opens to a courtyard shared with a restaurant owned by the same guy. The water flow is low in the shower, no wash rags / face cloths, and the toilet easily clogs. I've run into plumbing issues before in historic properties and do not necessarily fault the owner as this is probably typical, but mention it so there are no surprises if you read this review. The shower is also slippery. Traveling with elderly parents, I placed a towel in the shower to provide some traction.
