The cleanliness -

Most of the property was very pretty, all the trees and pools and buildings were very clean and inviting.

Were rented the 1 bedroom #5 kinda behind the other big building so we couldn’t see much of the pool and anything just trees,and the other buildings and our private pool off the deck and our deck only look at the side street with ripped up tarps hanging on properties etc and where they throw all there excess rocks and sand piles etc, so not very pretty there. (Suggestion is to put up a privacy wall at the end of the pool to block the ugliness of that side of the property, as a privacy wall would not block any sun or anything so it would be perfect), also our deck didn’t have any nice patio furniture like the other decks did, our only had a very small wicker 2 seater couch with no legs with rotten cushions, no other chairs or table or anything, so on our 5th day we noticed no one uses the fold up chairs by the trees by us so we borrowed those and moved them to our patio. This condo has 1 br on second floor and a bathroom, all was great with that, except slide windows don’t lock so anyone with a ladder or climbing skills can easier get into condo. Main floor is a cute small kitchen, coffee maker didn’t work (water all leaked out once you filled it to make coffee), they did replace it with another once we told them. The main floor bathroom toilet didn’t work so we asked them if they could fix it, so they did, then we woke up the next morning and the bathroom was flooded from the toilet, so they came to fix it again, they had to shut it off again to get parts, then it got fixed and no longer leaked (thank you Mitch).

We loved the place! It was exactly what we wanted. It’s far from the busy North of the island so you will need a go cart if you want to move around. There are great eating out places at a different price range within a few minutes drive. It’s quiet (we practically had a pool for ourselves) and beautiful! The responsiveness of the people taking care of the villas was very good. We had to change the penthouse we stayed in at first due to the issue with the toilet and they did manage that very smoothly and fast. The apartment (Penthouse 2) we finally stayed in was great! Very well air conditioned bedroom part and the kitchen and seating area where you could open windows and enjoyed the breeze and the amazing view. The villas are not new but well kept and equipped. If you are looking a quiet, beautiful and comfortable place I would highly recommend it!

My wife and I along with our 3 daughters stayed in 4 separate units. 17 of us in total. It was like having our own private gated resort. Beautiful palm trees around the pool with lounge chairs. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool. Large pergola (patio) with bar and bbq area. Where we spent a lot time bbq. eating and relaxing with the family. Housekeeping and the grounds keeper took care of any needs that came up. We rented 4 golf carts for the week to get around, site seeing, beaches, stores and restaurants. We usually go all inclusive. This is a different but a great relaxing experience

Signs in the kitchen mention conserving water. We all appreciate conservation. BuT the stoppers either did not work or were missing. Hard to wash dishes and conserve water

Location is great, size of unit is good, and wonderful views. Friendly staff.

There was no coffee maker in kitchen. Microwave was unplugged and up on top of fridge with no place to plug it in. Had to ask for pump for water jug. Windows and doors are very loose so on windy nights there was lots of rattling of glass and doors. Neighbors dogs barked incessantly.

The villa itself was nice

The front window and 2 of the sliding back doors did not lock. Also found a couple other windows that wouldn’t lock. There’s a metal shack attached to the back of the property that seemed sketchy. No other people around. Didn’t feel safe for 3 American women. Only stayed the 1 night and went elsewhere. Property would not give a refund

The villa was very nice and we loved the location.

I gave the property a 9 out of 10 because there were no wash clothes and there was no air in the upstairs sitting area. While we didn’t spend a lot of time inside, the World Series was on and it would’ve been nice to watch it there but the heat made it uncomfortable.
