The apartment decor/view is magical. Ricky and Letty went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and nice. There is a great grocery store in the corner and restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. I have no complaints! This place was amazing for me. Some things that could affect other people booking. There is an elevator to the apartment (where hosts live and have another room to rent) within the apartment to have stairs to take you to the penthouse (which is very private) so if anyone has a disability or has to carry something heavy, take that into consideration. I stayed solo but if there are friends/partners not comfortable with the bathroom being open, also keep in mind.

"Beautiful and comfortable crib"

The host Richard was really nice and welcoming! We are sorry we couldn’t have more time to get to know him better. The property is beautifully designed! You can tell how much attention they gave to the little details. The view from the room is also incredible!

The toilet is in the same room, and only the curtain divides it.l, but it ain’t a big problem. If you really mind it, you can always chill in the hammock on the terrace while your companion is using it.

"Amazing location and spectacular views"

A beautiful cozy little nook in the middle of the city. Six floors up with an amazing view! Its vintage style with just the exact amount of kitsch is just elegant and makes you feel like you're Easter egg hunting for lovable little details. Although it's a shared duplex, you barely notice anything other than marvel and joyful relaxation.

Perhaps - and only because of the open space concept in the bathroom/shower area, this should be listed as a one person space.
