They contacted me regarding my reservation to let me know that they don't take credit cards.

These people are thieves. They will take any opportunity to try and charge you for anything extra. These couple will be nice to you at first, but will monitor everything you do through the camera they have installed. First, I asked them for curtains to block the sunlight in the rooms, and their solution to that was to tape paper to the windows of only one room. Second, I forgot to let them know about a one night stay of an additional person, and the next day, I was bothered throughout the day by both of the property owners , asking to deposit money into their account. I asked if they could wait for me to pay them when I returned the apartment, and they wouldn't accommodate. They demanded and wanted payment there and now. Making stop everything i was doing on my vacation to go and pay them. There's only AC in one room , not the whole apartment. So my friends and I had to sleep in one bed and one bedroom. The location is bad. The Wal-Mart close to the apartment is not open, nor will it be. Taxi drivers have a hard time finding the place. Neighborhood is not safe.

-kitchen is not really suitable for cooking as there is just one very tiny pan... -we had ants in the apartment, but for the climate it's not so uncommon, just make sure you store your food in a closed space

Fantastic view from the master bedroom. The location is a middle class neighborhood of apartment buildings with crumbling facades and a steep, irregular parking area. However, the complex seems safe and well watched over by the residents. (I'm not sure how they feel about one of the apartments being offered by booking.com, as opposed to containing a family of neighbors.) The apartment furnishings and kitchen utensils are minimal and inexpensive, but functional.

There isn't much walking distance other than an Oxxo and a few local shops, but the cliff diving only about a 6-minute drive away. I'll look it My visit was unlucky. First, the management staff that met me was late, and then when they arrived they forgot to bring the keys. So, I had to wait in the heat about an hour. Second, the internet to the building went out and was out all day, on a day I needed it to work. The internet company didn't fix it, and the building manager was not able to provide a Wi-Fi hotspot or other alternative, though they tried.
