Rocky Point Apartment

There was a lot of material around from workers that stayed on the other apartments around. Looks messy.

We called the manager Lucy upon arrival, she was ready waiting for us to hand us the key.

This is not the first time we stay at this place. We like it. Some people do not like the location but it is not hard to find the first time with a GPS. The parking is private on site, and is secure. It is a gated apartment complex, far from the noisy by=usy streets with traffic. The only thing this time that bothered us was absence of hot water but we let the manager know about it and they let us use a shower in another empty unit while they were fixing the heater problem in our unit.

It’s our second time to stay at this place. It’s excellent out of season - quiet, almost no other guests. We love the cleanliness of the apartment, the A/C and a cozy courtyard.

The property was not too far from the beaches

The property looked messy and was difficult to locate, the access road to the property was in complete mess. The phone number published on booking.com is not accurate, the owner did not accept any card (only cash). The door to the rooms was jammed and outside was dirty and messy. Bathroom had open electrical wires near the shower and I got a shock from them. Would not recommend this place to anyone
