The comfort of the beds. The variety of utensils and other items in the apartment. It has everything you need to cook and eat there. The host was always attentive to my questions and very friendly. The check-in instructions were very clear.

The rooms smelled damp. The people upstairs were very noisy at night. The neighborhood is very lonely, and the main avenue looks very dangerous. The security guys weren't very friendly.

This apartment was clean and everything worked with no issues. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is small, but functional. The best part of the apartment is the outside patio area which was great. It is in a gated community, and the location is away from Centro if you don't have a car, but taxis and colectivos pass right outside, which make access to Centro easy. The pool and pergola area were always clean and well maintained.

The area was a little noisy with traffic noise, and there are a lot of dogs barking! Ear plugs will help a lot. The kitchen didn't have a lot of utensils etc, so cooking of meals was limited to simple meals - but it was fine for us.

Good value for money and enough space

We stayed for 6 days and no one cleaned it even once.

PROPERTY WAS JUST OK BUT NOT REALLY UP TO UNITED STATES AIRBNB STANDARDS. IT IS STILL NOT AT PAR WITH UNITED STATES AIRBNB PROPERTIES THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO STAY.

NO HOT WATER IS AVAILABLE FOR THE PROPERTY ESPECIALLY FOR US TRAVELLERS THAT ARE USED TO USING HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER OR WASHING DISHES. SUBSTANDARD BATH TOWELS (CHEAP KIND) AND NO COMFORTERS CAN BE USED FOR THE ROOMS ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S COOLED IN THE SMALL ROOMS.

The entire apartment was really clean and secure, the AC Unit and all the appliances work great and the apartment had everything I needed it including cleaning products, clean towels, sheets, toilet paper, shampoo etc.

Some insects got inside the apartment due to not having enough seal around the main door also it would be nice if sometime in the future you could install a washer and dryer inside the unit.
