Chacala Arrecifes 1 para 2 con Aire Acondicionado a solo 50 mts de la Playa ARF1

The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Our fridge stopped working and was attended to promptly and repaired.

The location is hard to find without street signs or a sign on the building saying Chacala Areciffes. The outdoor kitchen could be screened off better to allow more privacy.

I liked the air conditioner and that it was clean.

When we first arrived, they had made a mistake in renting the unit that I had rented. Our check in time should have been 3pm but we weren’t allowed to go in until 4. They offered us another unit which had a gate, instead of a door which allowed all the bugs and mosquitoes to get in. There was no hot water, the washer and dryer didn’t work. There was no AC in the living room and dining area. The next day I was forced to leave the beach to move all of our luggage to the other unit. The second unit did not have hot water either. Both units didn’t have any wi-fi or tv signal. It had an outdoor kitchen where the mosquitoes wouldn’t leave you alone. There were a lot of termites in the bathroom as well as ants. The towel rack was broken. The pool was small but very clean. I wouldn’t stay here again.
