Apartamento a minutos caminando del Aeropuerto CDMX Terminal 1

Super close to the airport and perfect for a night if you have an early flight. The bed is big and comfortable. Communication with the owner was smooth and self check-in was easy. Also, there are lots of places to eat in the surroundings of the apartment.

The bathroom was not very clean.

La ubicación es ideal para una escala larga en el aeropuerto, se puede llegar caminando desde y hacia la terminal 1 (se pueden apoyar del tren si van a la terminal 2). El anfitrión es muy atento, nos ayudó con varias dudas para orientarnos en el lugar. Tiene a venta algunos productos básicos (agua, galletas), y eso ayuda a que no sea necesario salir, y se pueda aprovechar el tiempo para descansar.

La ubicación, la limpieza, el confort, tiene una fondita que habre a las 6 de la mañana, pude desayunar bien y que tienen la opción de que te pueden ir a buscar a la terminal y muy atento la persona que te atiende.

It’s a bit run down Bed too soft for my liking There was a mosquito net—that freaked me out. Would have never stayed if I knew mosquitoes would potentially be an issue. Not sure if that was in photo I ended up with several bites on my arms after leaving not sure if it was bed bugs but it sure wasn’t mosquitoes—please check. Maybe I got them elsewhere???

I do not usually write negative reviews, especially if an issue can be resolved or if this was a one-off. However, our experience was alarming and I feel it is important to share it for future guests. On arrival, the apartment was not clean and did not match the cleanliness standards presented in the listing and reviews. There was hair on the floor and in the bathroom, and the overall condition felt unhygienic. We left shortly after entering and booked alternative accommodation for the night. I contacted Booking.com immediately, and for safety reasons, I only contacted the owner once we were already at the alternative hotel. What made the situation worse was the communication afterwards. Rather than acknowledging a possible cleaning issue and apologising, the owner made false claims that we had used the shower and slept in the bed, which is untrue. They also sent a photo of a different apartment with an undone bed and implied it was ours. This was very concerning and completely undermined trust. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.
