Syrena Adventure

l appartement est tres sympa, espace suffisant pour deux personnes tres pratique bien situé. Piscine salle de gym et coin barbecue au dernier étage Nous l avions choisi car soit disant loin de la zone des bars.... malheureusement nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise. Il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception. Propre et bien équipé sauf pour machine à laver et pas de lave vaisselle. Le bruit a vraiment gaché notre séjour car pour le reste c'était très bien. Dommage.

Le bruit! Il y a un karaoke juste au coin de la rue et ils braillent jusqu'a 2h30-3h00 du matin. Les locataires qui font la fete jusqu'à pas d'heure, le personnel qui fait du rangement dans les couloirs à 4h du matin. L'isolation est nulle, les voitures et camions qui passent dans la rue donnent la sensation de passer à votre porte! Nous étions au 4eme étage! J ai signalé à plusieurs reprises. Pour faire votre lessive il faut prendre rdv à la récéption et payer 50pesos! Ce n est pas indiqué. Les règles de vie dans l'établissement ne sont pas respectées. Un apres midi nous décidons de profiter de la piscine, deux groupes de personnes avaient décidés de ramener leurs enceintes... Musique à fond d' un côté et de l'autre, provocations entre les groupes (des mexicains). D'autres locataires canadiens présents hallucinaient tout comme nous. Le bip de la porte ne fonctionne pas du premier coup, bien verifier que vous avez fermé votre porte. Le bip de la porte du garage ne fonctionne pas.

Appartement très bien équipé, près de tout mais sans le bruit de la cinquième rue. On a apprécié le rooftop. Tout se fait à pied. Accueil et propreté très bien!

I would like to emphasize that the night shift host “Jose” was a wonderful help to us in many ways, a very kind fellow and we will miss him. Thank you again Jose! Also we were surprised with a complimentary cleaning by a lovely woman who did an immaculate job! The King size bed was the most comfortable bed you could ever hope for. The air conditioning was great and was impressed with how quiet it is. Our apartment #410 was high enough to get a nice breeze and liked the shade throughout the day. Also enjoyed the relaxing times at the clean roof top lounge and pool area.

Very noisy. But that’s Mexico!😎 Fortunately we had a good supply of ear plugs. It would be nice to see a hand rail with the steps that drop down to the kitchen and some visibility strips on the steps for safety.

Bit of a walk to the beach, but the building was nice. Great food nearby.

Some of the buildings in the neighborhood were older.

NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE !!! IT WAS STATED THAT IT WAS ACCESSIBLE BUT IT IS NOT !!! OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS NICE. THIS LED TO INJURY & DISCOMFORT AND A HAZARDOUS SITUATION!!!

Location is good

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours, so we arrived too late for check in, hence no instructions were provided about the facility, in fact we were sent up with the wrong lift and had to go down again after being on the road for 17 hours. If you're taller than 1.70m, the bed is too short; we're both over 1.80m and had our feet constantly out of bed for the duration of our stay. We did not want to complain, so just kept quiet, but it only got worse from here. The room has no mirror whatsoever. How on Earth can you not think of putting a mirror in there? Basically if you shower and your mirror is steamy or the next person uses the bathroom, there's no way to put on make up or dress up etc. I've had to use the microwave's glass door to try and see myself, which is not what you pay for. We texted the management to ask if we could get some toilet paper and shampoo and if there's anyone coming to throw out the rubbish, only to be told off for being late for check in by the person responding to our message. We then asked if we could check in slightly later seeing there were plenty of empty rooms, only to be given a blunt NO again via message. We then asked if we could kindly leave our car in their parking for two extra hours after we check out and they never responded to our message. On the day of check out, a lady rocked up at our door at 10 to 11 and we asked her the same thing again, only to be told we must leave and she literally escorted us out of the car park by closing the gate behind us. I'd like to mention that during the whole stay there were no more than 2 cars at any one point in the car park. We do travel quite a lot, but we've never been more humiliated in our entire life, Mexico has certainly been unwelcoming to us this time and we won't be looking to come back anytime soon. Customer service does not exist here.
