Stylish Panoramic Views City Loft

The room was spacious, with very comfortable furniture and useful kitchen appliances. The view was spectacular, and the location in the city was excellent. With and fast access to the roads to be in San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey downtown or Parque Fundidora in no time.

The communication with the administrators of this place is very poor, the time of response was very long, even kept me without a reply to my inquiry for over 2 hours before my arrival. And is unnecessarily complicated to arrive and to get the room keys for the first time.

Great security. Great views. Modern clean apartment. Two adjacent convenience stores. Did not meet anyone, but self-check in and check out was easy. Pool on the 19th floor was very nice.

Cookware could be updated, no oven-a toaster oven or air fryer would be wonderful. Went 3 different directions and did not find any seat-down nice nearby restaurants; however, using uber to other restaurants was economical and easy.

Location, the view from the windows and all the staff are very nice. Internet works good, the gym has most of what you need. Oxxo and 24h 7Eleven are very conveniently located at the bottom of the building. Bed is comfortable.

The apartment was not clean. I reported this to the manager. It could be that something went wrong during the check out of the previous guest.

Centric and beautiful property! Everything is so close and accessible to malls, markets, restaurants, etc.

Everything was well except for the lady and man at the front desk. They were so mean and had no education whatsoever and didn’t even greet us. They were kind of moody and rude!

It’s was clean and had everything you would need. TV Netflix - weirdly no kettle ? But Kitchen had all you need.

The pool is fab and no one uses it but you can only use it for 2 hours a day. We were then asked to leave. There was no one waiting no one else up there. This wasn’t mentioned and I would have stayed in a hotel if it was as we had planned to lounge by the pool in the Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
