The apartment is a good size for a family of 4, the bedrooms are large and each have their en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the stocked drinking water is very convenient. The kitchen is very bright because of the large windows that open to the patio. Good location, near supermarket and walking distance to the city beach. Quiet from the noisy streets and clubs scene. The roof top pool is a nice place to cool down and relax. There’s also a small gym!
The bedrooms windows are facing the inside of the building as it is a ground floor apartment so it is dark.

Bien situé proche des commerces et à 10 minutes à pied de la 5eme avenue dans une rue calme. Appartement propre disposant d’un accès internet et de 2 tv.
La chambre avec vue sur le garage. Il manquait un étendoir. Le voisin du dessus arrose ses plantes et notre terrasse en passant!

Es stimmte wirklich alles, alles in Playa del Carmen ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gleichzeitig ist es angenehm ruhig in einem geschützten Apartmentkomplex mit eigenem Concierge. Die Wohnung ist eine pfiffige Galeriewohnung, Küche, Gästebad und Balkon unten, ein Wohnbereich und die zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad auf einer mittleren Etage, von einem Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnbereich schaut man runter in die Küche. Alle Galeriebereiche und auch der Balkon lassen sich großzügig mit Glastüren zum Küchenbereich öffnen. Der Clou ist der Poolbereich auf dem Dach, windgeschützt, mit separaten Sitzbereichen, Pool-Liegen und Bereichen für ein Abendessen oder Barbecue. Dazu eine Super-Aussicht in alle Richtungen, allerdings nicht ganz am Meer. Es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet, auf das Apartment war blitzblank. Prima auch der große Supermarkt einen Block weiter.

Es un departamento maravilloso. En un edificio nuevo con portero 24 horas.Hay tres servicios y las habitaciones son muy grandes. Con camas cómodas y aire acondicionado. El departamento está equipado con todos los utensilios que necesitas . Otro aspecto muy positivos es la comunicación. Ha sido excepcional. Siempre disponibles a ayudar.
No hay nada malo que se pueda decir. Nos hemos alojado en un montón de departamentos y este ha sido sin duda el mejor. Es el primero que le doy un diez. Muchísimas gracias por ayudarnos a disfrutar de unas maravillosas vacaciones en Playa del Carmen.
