USThe apartment is nice, looked clean at first glance. When we arrived, Sofia was very helpful on how to get inside the gate and how to get to the apartment. She even gave us some recommendations to eat around. The place has a great location. Walking distance to downtown o el jardin. Price was reasonable. It had most of the amenities that booking.com shows
We were unable to connect to wifi in the whole stay. Although People in charge tried to fix it- no internet was able to connect. We couldn’t watch tv or use our devices. Signal there is not great either. Booking.com shows towels and other toilet items available and there was no towels to shower. Because of the problem with internet and signal, we were unable to communicate with staff in a timely manner. Towels arrived super late and after everyone showered. There is a coffee maker but there is no coffee or anything to make as complementary. Also no adjustments on rate as one person ended not coming.
