Everything is perfect. Exactly same at picture. Very Recommended. Host also fast response. Clear communication and easy check in and out. Security guard also very friendly. Easy parking. The house perfect clean.

Clean and decent value for money. Location is not bad, peaceful and quiet, just a short drive away from food and shopping. Master bedroom mattresses are decent. Good water pressure in the showers. View is okay, just facing new construction site unfortunately. It can get quite cooling at night.

The master bathroom shower water heater is not hot enough. The bed/mattress is not comfortable at all, plus the soundproofing of the building is bad with noise from upstairs or surrounding units, I could NOT sleep at all throughout the night. Lack of good drinkable water filter (they have a small basic tabletop tap filter unit but that still requires boiling). The security guards were quite rude and giving unclear instructions.
