"If you want to sleep at night, do NOT book this apartment."

Title: Impossible to sleep because of nightly alarm Review: The apartment itself is fine, the location is good and it is clean. However, sleeping here is almost impossible. Every night a very loud alarm goes off nearby, sometimes at 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM and sometimes several times per night. We reported this several times to guest relations, but nothing was solved. They say they will look into it, but apparently this problem has been going on for a long time. Because of this we are giving a very low score and we will also file an official complaint about how guest relations handled this issue. If you want to sleep at night, do NOT book this apartment.

I think the location is excellent! Very convenient. Right next to the Quinta Avenida Shopping Mall plus Harry’s restaurant. Near the Sandbar at the Carmen Hotel. Close to Coco Bongo for those who want to shop. 2 blocks from Mex Rent A Car which is where I always rent my cars from. The rooftop pool was nice? Although there was no bar up there. My 11 year old son loved it. The room itself was great, loved the balcony.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise on some nights. I have stayed within 2 blocks of this place before and the noise was not bad. For some reason, the noise was so loud from the partying I think next door must have a roooftop club because you could hear the music, the DJ and the people until almost 4am. It was like I was there with them. Made it very hard to get a good nights rest. My son and I both agreed that at least the music coming from the club was really good though. The noise was my only complaint. Obviously, the host can’t do anything about that.
