The location and safety

No wifi. Claim to have it but doesn't work at all. You log in and say logged in but without an internet connection. No air conditioning gets really hot. Only a fan. The washer upstairs took our money. The hose on the back was turned off. No napkins, 2 rolls of toilet paper, you have to go buy some at the store. 2 towels, had to wash them myself. Also, to get an Uber is a little hard. Due to location it's very crowded on the streets. My Uber got canceled 6 times.. I sent a request to be able to arrive early and leave an hour later from check out. I didn't receive a response, so when I arrived, we were able to check in early, but we were kicked out very rudely a few minutes after check out, claiming I never made the request.

This property is very central to the city

It’s a little noisy but not bad

It’s an old building located in the historic center and within walking distance to Zocalo cathedral square

It was too cramped, did not have an AC, and required us to keep the balcony door slightly open for fresh air. Thankfully our stay was around Christmas Eve so the streets were not as noisy.

Great central location. Reception manned 24/7 so felt very safe. Nice, well thought out flat with lots of light. Nice communal roof terrace. Helpful to have laundry facilities.

The bedroom was small and the shower was a little weak. Obviously it’s a central location so can be a little noisy but we were there over new year so the city was quieter than average anyway, so noise wasn’t a problem for us.

Location was excellent

Impossible to have a taxi or Uber reach the property at times when surrounding blocks are packed with street vendors. We walked about 30 minutes to reach a place that wasn't to crowded.

Safe and secure. Great facilities. Friendly staff.

Linen/towels feel a bit tired.

Great location, confortable and everything I needed was in the flat.
