La ubicación fue muy conveniente para la visita a la UNAM, cuenta con un centro comercial al frente y la anfitriona fue muy amable

Es un apartamento en una torre, lo que hace que no existan servicios ligados a coordinaciones de entregas de paquetes o de guardado de maletas hasta tarde, pero aun así la anfitriona fue muy amable y nos permitió guardar las maletas hasta media tarde.

The amenities are fantastic and the property management is super nice and accomodating.

The location, the check in was unnecessarily difficult and the kitchen was not well equipped.

this flat was spacious, it was not really clean in general, specially kitchen and living room areas but it looked tidy which it's a shame cause with the posted pics created sensation it's a great place to stay

They NEVER make clear that the flat is in a 23 or 25th floor on a very tall building, we wouldnt had booked it. They dont make clear that we cant pay with credit card, as soon as you book they ask you a transfer to make it easier and "free of contact". But funny enough they did not leave clear neither that it's a family residences building, so you bump into children and family life everytime you step out your flat. They did not leave clear in the requirements in the beginning that building has a pool BUT swimming-cap is compulsory, we could not find any shop around, none at all that sell swimming caps in less than 300 pesos for the whole family. The sauna did not work. They dont provide neither stated that you have to bring your own pool towers. They did not leave the safe fox code clear for us. They did not leave at least a bottle of water for us to take. I needed a single person extra to stay, I offer to pay extra, the flat was spacious enough and they denied it.

Clean, safety, well located

The door system is too slow, I understand the n ed of security but the workers could be better trained for best customer services

Love the 24-hour security and clean grounds. Our POC was also very attentive and responsive.

The pool and playground area was closed with no notice given before we arrived.
