Excelente lugar, aseado, lindo y con muchas zonas de esparcimiento. No queda en el centro de San Miguel de Allende pero queda muy cerca. Recomendado 100%

El personal atiende de muy mal modo. Deberían de poner un poco más de atención en cómo tratar a los huéspedes. Pareciera que nos están haciendo un favor.

"Good"

The apartment was bad. It was rundown, dirty, and I even spotted a few bugs. The photos aren’t exactly false, but they are much more flattering than what you actually get. The only positive thing I can say is that the exterior grounds of the complex are really nice and well manicured — but the apartment itself is the complete opposite. The worst part of the whole experience was the management. The staff on site were rude, and the woman from the management company mocked me when I asked a question — even though she had been the one to give me the wrong information. It was insulting, stressful, and unprofessional. Overall, this was an all-around horrible experience. DO NOT BOOK.

El lugar que es seguro, nuevo y cuenta muchos servicios al interior

Que prácticamente no proporcionan artículos de limpieza: las.pastillas.de jabón son diminutas, no hay shampoo, no hay jabón de lavadora. Son cosas que normalmente se proorcionan en los establecimientos y además no avisan al respecto lo que ocasiona que la primer visita del huésped sea a una farmacia.
