Reading all the reviews membuatkan saya letak expectation yg rendah to this stay but alhamdulillah turn out everything was good enough, make us enjoy our stay there. Facilities okay all berfungsi baik kecuali periuk nasi nampak mcm kesan terbakar dkt kepala tu soo kami tanak nasi dkt dapur gas ja. Bedroom, toilet all good and clean enough for us. Lantai tu mostly semen je tapi tak pa kami tak tidur atas lantai. Awal2 agak takut sebab bilik hujung tapi malam2 okay ja boleh tidur lena. Overall I enjoy my stay here, pool pon boleh guna mandi not strictly kena pakai baju renang. About 5-10 min drive to ferringhi bay and other tourist destinations.

"Good view but bad place to stay"

The house not clean and no tile.Many insect bite me n family members when we sleep.. The sleeping mattress dirty n have many world map.. The kitchen appliances very outdated and rust.. We cannot sleep well

Like the environment & scenery of the Batu Ferringhi location. Dislike the insect inside the home stay room & wash room. Found ant & charlie insect. Need improvement for pest control.
