The view was spectacular..esp the sunset view from the balcony The spacious apartment allows us to have our privacy

The leak in the 2nd bathroom Only 1 key was given, which caused inconvenience when we wanted to go out separately

The owner is helpful, clear in guidance. The view from the balcony is nice, the size of the unit is big and comfortable

Unit need more attention in cleanliness, pest control and add more utensils for residences to use. Car park is 10RM touch & go per entry which is expensive. Bad manner of securities
