Location, close to walmart, some outlet stores like Nike. Close to airport, could walk there in the daytime or short 5 minute ride.

5 guests and 1 roll of toliet paper, kids flannel sheets (need to upgrade to nice bed linen), need new frying pans, mattress enclosed in plastic bag. Either a neighbor or house next door had music playing loud all night and didnt stop till morning.
