La ubicación es excelente, en el mejor lugar de playa del Carmen, estás sobre la 5ta Avenida, alrededor llegno de lugares de comida, junto a donde se toma el ferry a Cozumel, las marquecitas en la esquina wow riquisimas, un 7 eleven afuera del hotel, las camas muy cómodas, la limpieza al llegar es muy buena, no hacen el aseo todos los dias pero tampoco es que lo necesites si solo duermes ahí y no utilizas la cocina. He reservado aqui 4 veces y en noviembre de este año voy de nuevo!!!!!!!!!!!

Los balcones no abren, tenia vista al 7 eleven y al mar pero no pude abir la puerta corrediza de cristal, recomiendo que habiliten las puertas de los balcones.

La ubicación es excelente, estás en el mejor lugar de Playa del Carmen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lo recomiendo sobre todo para cuando vas a los parques Xcaret y a Cozumel, estás a minutos del parque y a unos pasos del ferry.

Las puertas de los balcones no se pueden abrir, están selladas o eso parece, como recomendación a los dueños del hotel sería que las habiliten. Otra es que no hay elevador y son muchas, muchas escaleras y al subir y bajar con maletas es muy molesto y como no hay personal para que te ayude con eso, te las arreglas tu solo para subir y bajar el equipaje por tantas escaleras.
