As a security measure, each adult guest must submit a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival. For check-in purposes, we only need to display your full name and photo. Guests not registered in the reservation are not allowed to enter. Noise is limited from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties or "Quiet Gatherings" are not allowed. Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, ensuring a comfortable and responsible stay. Upon your arrival and departure, we will send you a picture of your yard to monitor the above. Upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of $1,000, which will be refunded 24 hours after your departure, provided you have not exceeded the allowed kW limit during your stay (a charge of $3.66 for each kW exceeded).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"You can get better for what is charged"

The location was perfect. Near beach. Restaurants.

Old. Nothing new about the place. The staff was trash no towels, no toilet paper after requesting all as soon as we got there. The guy would just say they forgot theyll be there. NO BLANKETS either.
