Close to stores and public transit, walking distance from the beach, the pool is clean, secure gate . the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed air conditioned and private washroom, the second one had one single and one double bed. no airconditioned,

The internet was slow, we were working remotely a few mornings and could not get wifi for our laptops. we used our own hot spot.

Our stay was for only for 9 days and we experienced a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The location of the Hacienda Real Suites is only a few blocks from the centre of Ixtapa, a 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. The actual apartment #24 was a second floor apartment. It was very clean and seemed to have been recently painted. The bedrooms were very good newer bedside furniture the king size bed in the master was very comfortable and quiet in the evening. The secondary bedroom had a double bed and a single bed both comfortable and very clean. Again newer bedside furniture. The living room, dinning room and kitchen were very adequate, clean and in good condition all overlooking the pool with a fairly spacious balcony. The living area had two love seat and a single chair with a large flat screen TV. The dinning area seated 6 around a large table. Kitchen area had fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, blender and new coffee maker. The Hacienda Real Suites complex is supported by two personnel that constantly attend to the the well manicured garden and pool. The pool is cleaned without fail every morning. There are rules that must be signed by all clients and boasts of making sure that their mission is to afford a comfortable and healthy atmosphere. The complex is well managed and all owners are well informed of any changes or recommendations. The night security shift starts around 6pm and continues thru to 7am.

The only suggestion I would request of#24 may need to upgrade the kitchen cooking saucepans , frying pans etc. Also a Second set of bed sheets

The atmosphere is great very cozy

The only thing was having to ring the doorbell to ask them to open the gates to pull the car in other than that it wasn’t a big deal .

Nice pool. Quiet, comfortable condo with good security. Excellent location close to many restaurants and the beach. Walking distance to most amenities. Good public transportation to surrounding areas.
