MYMY1. The rate of the unit was cheaper compare to others as I reserved it for last minute 2. The guards were helpful 3. The view from the unit was awesome when we can see the fireworks played on the night 4. The wifi was good and many plug sockets to use for 5. All airconds were function well only one room the aircond was set to 24 degree celcious all the time even though I set it to lower degree calcious and it turned back after a few hours to 24 degree celcious
1. If possible please provide your instructions together with pictures so that iit would help guests to find your place easily 2. Parking lot near to the entrance door is too close to pillar 3. One of the fridge's legs broken and made it uneven when open the fridge 4. The beds are hard but pillows are okay 5. No microwave or oven and cannot cook

MYThe house is big spacious, comfortable. Nice view. The owner is very helpful throughout the check in process. The rest is just great.
The dustbin is full, from previous guest maybe. So the house smells like garbage. Had to throw the garbage by myself even though I paid for the cleaning fees, while hoping that I will get a very clean and garbage free house somehow.
