"It’s quite disappointed on the cleanliness of the apartment"

The apartment is not as clean as mentioned in the reviews. The floor is very dusty, and sticky ( got some stains on the floor). The fridge area is very smelly. There is some stains around the fridge, and it is very smelly, we do not know what is it. The sofa also got stain and ants crawling on the sofa. We have to sweep and mop the floor ourselves.

the property is nice, well cleaned and comfortable to stay. We have 9 person and it is very suitable for us. Moreover, it is quite easy for us to call for Grab on the day we go, so it is pretty good as we no need to wait too long. Check in and check out process is easy.
