Good location and big space

Not only the apartment was dirty full of hairballs all around the floor and furniture, but there were also COCKROACHES. There is a hole next to the sink in the the toilet where the insects come out. It's quite disgusting. To finish the mattress is quite uncomfortable. We are in contact with Booking to complain. They should desinfect the whole apartment before renting it...

It is safe building, Wi-Fi worked perfect, small stores in walking distance, restaurants etc. friendly people inside and outside the building, Uber delivers there.

To my opinion pictures didn’t display the apartment, quality of bed and especially bed linen was poor, moreover when I checked in I found wet bed linen, wet towels hanging everywhere. Seems to me owner did it have enough time to prepare apartments for me. There is problem with electricity. When you want to use coffeemaker and microwave in the same time all things stop working because electric power is not enough. Keep in mind that it’s very basic apartment in all the ways.

If you are looking for good value accommodation with a good location and a helpful host, and you don't care much about so-called 'full holiday experience' then this is your place. The interior is clean and comfortable but very basic. Refreshing the interior would make the place more wellcoming.

It could do with some deep cleaning, there was some old dust in the corners, bed frame, and kitchen cabinets. The shower head is very low and unable to move, I am 5.11 and I couldn't fit in.
