Tropical Houz@Midhill Genting Highlands (Free Wi-Fi)

Sorry I'm really upset with the property nothing to like.

1. Check in allowed only after 3 PM and host is not agreed to early check-in. 2. They don't provided very basic needs like water, shampoo and soap and even they don't mention anywhere to arrange our self. 3. Unit is too far from the grocery store and you need to relay on grab if don't have own vehicle 4. Rooms are clean but the smell looks the unit is closed for many days. 5. There is no room clean service, we stayed 3 days 6. Check in process is very hectic and I waited almost 30 mins to get access card from self check-in box. 7. Compared to other hotles it's very expensive and not worth of value we pay. 8. Check out process also pathetic, once you drop access keys in P1 lift will not allow you go to ground floor you need to walk till main gate and need to wait for security to open gate. 9. TV is low cost (sharp) and not much options available for entertainment. 10. There is no near by hotel or shops for breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. One hotel available near to the property but the taste is worst and price is almost equal to 3 star. 11. 2nd bedroom is conducted and no fan in room 12. No place to keep your belongs in master bedroom cupboards are completely occupied by used pillows etc..6 13. Iron bord is not usable, it's not able to stand properly. Overall all it's a disgusting and disappointed stay, I don't recommend others to saty. You can get very better options near to city.

After an impromptu day at Genting we didn't want the drive back to KL so booked here for 1 night. The apartment was simple and clean. The complex is fantastic with a huge pool, poolside restaurant/coffee shop with very reasonable prices and the options for buffets. It gave the stay a real holiday vibe, very happy and far more enjoyable than stays we had in KL. For the low price it's perfect.

The bedroom window doesn't have a restriction device so when opening it can open fully, the window is full height so very dangerous for inquisitive children or even a slip by an adult. Very high level apartment too. The beds were too hard for us, some people like this but if you don't like hard beds it's not ideal.
