Water heater fail to function, water heater paip head is loose and spoiled, table full of ants. No toilet paper provided at all whatever I requested and ignore me.

Location is great. House is spacious, security guard is helpful on checking in. Nice balcony. I love the ceiling Fan in each of the room.

Ants crawling on the floor, on the table and couch. Fridge is dirty, TV remote is broken. Not sure the unlabelled green liquid provided in bathroom is body soap or shampoo. Mold on many parts of the wall and bathroom.
