The landlord was very friendly and helpful. Excellent communication and support. Clean! But the apartment is not value for the money.

The place is run down. The pool area is not maintained. 5 chairs of which half is broken and cannot be used (with hundreds of apartments in the condo), tiles broken in the pool and the deck wood has not been maintained for years. BBQ area closed, Sauna closed. Pool area closed between 11am-2pm every single day. The apartment contains several broken or missing pieces of equipment. Only 1 cup for tea/coffee, limited kitchenware, broken lock to the balcony, broken chairs to sit on, sofa very basic and quality very bad. Most of the furnitures should be replaced.

cleanliness was totally out! the dining table was oily when we came in, the toilets don’t have bidet, there were some used towels in the washing machine, the tv can only use google chrome, the house smells and when complained to owner, no solution was offered. they only compensate rm50 of cleaning fee after my stay. not worth it.

The best place Apartment to stay in Melaka! I love the response from the Host and the Sea view from the house. I can see sunset which is soo beautiful. Definitely will repeat again in near future. 5/5!

Key collection is easy. Like the bunk bed provided, but not the mattress, there's urine stain on it. Host provide option to cancel and get my full refund after i complain on the facilities, but my whole family already settle in and how do you expect us to look for alternative place so last minute and need to waste time to move our luggage again? Even if there's another unit being offerred in another tower.

- Master bedroom hot water shower not working - Master bedroom electric cabling is visible and of poor job, fan and light is hooked to the same cable and switch, once you off light to sleep, the fan is off as well! - only one aircond remote control to be shared by all 3 airconds - Floor is dirty, even on visible main floor area, dont even mention about the side of the floor - no toiletries provided - There's shower gel, but no hair shampoo?? - Dining chair is like pasar malam plastic chair, and only 4 provided while the house can accom to 5 pax - Sofa is only for 3 seater - bed mattress have urine stain on it. - There's cockroaches crawling at the living hall, this is on the 1st day after we check in for 2 hours! Havent even stayed in long! - bunk bed ladder is loose and keep moving out when climbing - it's easy to fix, put a nail but there's no maintenance on it - The whole unit is of poor setting and very very basic setup like a low cost flat :( given the price that we paid - i have a comparison of another unit rented by my sister with same date, but with cheaper price, and the internal fixing and facilities is like a hotel setting, cant even compare with this! How ridiculous! - Building car park is dark and water leakage is everywhere in the car park floor, makes it harder for us to drag our luggage trolley - Lift is slow and there are times when 2 out of the 4 lifts are broken, making the waiting time super long and slow

overall ok for the value, but could find better deals

unit was NOT clean. floor was dusty, with hair in corners. bathroom sink and shower are moldy. Sofa has stain all over. Master bedroom water heater was not working. Elevator was very slow and only 2 of them are working.
