ThatNicePlace at Selesa Hillhomes, Bukit Tinggi, Genting

The room had a nice view and I like the look of the room.

several things: first of all there was no running water during the second day of our stay, the water flow was very low and the shower was dirty. I complained about the low water flow for the toilet but the issue was not resolved despite them bringing someone from maintenance. I guess they tried their best but in general I would say this place is way too overpriced and not worth the money at all. The building looks old and rundown, the room did not have wifi and it wasn’t clear from the reservation that the room would not have wifi. It was down a flight of stairs and had to carry down and up heavy suitcases.

It was my second time booking near Selesa Hillhomes. The location was great, its near the highway.

The units is not family friendly and not convenient for travelers with heavy baggage. It was about 3 floors down the stairs. It's quiet in the walkway at night. But in the room, the sounds of vehicles travelling on the other end was so loud. And the cats outside of the house too. The soundproof system was pretty bad. And I think there's bed bugs, that I got few bug bites from there.

The location is easy to be reached and the staf is very helpful. The house is clean.

The loud noise from the outside and unpleasant smell due to cats' urinate.
