Departamento sencillo, agradable, con un pequeño balcón que permite ventilación cruzada, eran días veraniegos cuando estuve. Muy silencioso, linda vista desde el balcón. Cama excelente, agua caliente siempre, y un ambiente espacioso. Muy cerca del centro histórico, bares, negocios para compras de almacén, cafés, farmacia, todo a mano.

Está accesible (aunque hay que subir por un callejón, aproximadamente 100 m, no apto para personas con movilidad reducida).

The location is wonderful and it was very quiet! No traffic noise or barking dogs. Amazing for Guanajuato. Fernando was very responsive to my requests.

The fan in the room was filthy. The cord was so short that I couldn't reach it to turn on the fan. These were both fixed. But there was a lot of pigeon poop on my balcony. I know they contribute to that every day but it was not clean when I got there. Oh, and the lighting in the bathroom is terrible. The one small bulb casts a shadow on your face

Location

A little hard to find and to get there with luggage but after that it’s all good and also hot water is on your left it takes a while to get hot but be patient and don’t try to mix cold water or else’s you won’t get hot water it’s weird but it does work it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water but again only open the hot water on your left
