"No Readiness - Bad Experience"

Well furnished unit, ample of lighting with decorations.

Bad check-in process, only managed to check-in almost 6pm which we rushing for the event. Checked in with the unit not ready cleaning from previous guest. The bedsheet with torn in the master bedroom
